STATUS: Construction is progressing toward completion. The park will open to the public once all remaining work and safety inspections are successfully completed.

Location: 3115 Del Prado Boulevard N., Cape Coral, FL 33993

April 2026 Update

  • Schedule: Completion Feb 2024
  • Construction is 99% complete and behind schedule
  • Liquidated Damages were assessed until 8/7/25 on this contract
  • Contractor has been removed from site
  • New CMAR just completed scope of work to open park.
  • The initial pre-construction report was delivered by Chris-Tel on 3/1/26.
