NOTE: While the City is dedicated to fulfilling this project as planned, it is no longer being funded by the Parks GO Bond. This is largely due to unexpected increases in costs.

STATUS: Memorandum of Understanding issued with YMCA partnership (June 2024). New site design to follow. Amendment to design contract was approved by City Council on August 6, 2025. Design kickoff meeting was held on September 24, 2025. Site concept plan development in progress, and anticipated to complete April 2026.
