The Cape Coral Athletic Division provides opportunities for people of all ages to participate in and enjoy a wide variety of sports while maintaining safe and organized playing environments. There are currently 53 athletic fields located within the City's 11 athletic complexes that the division is responsible for scheduling and overseeing. These facilities accommodate weekly leagues as well as regional and national tournaments.
While many of the Youth Sports and Adults Sports programs offered are arranged and facilitated directly by the Athletic Division, several organizations throughout the community operate their own leagues and utilize Cape Coral's athletic parks for their games/matches. Youth Soccer, Girls Softball, Pop Warner Jr. Football and Cheerleading, and BMX Motocross are all operated by organizations outside of the City. Athletic Reservations
Ballfield reservations must be made within a minimum of 7 days prior to the start date and can either be made by phone at 239-574-0580 or by sending an email to athletics@capecoral.gov. Tournament applications should be submitted at least 60 days prior to the tournament date to athletics@capecoral.gov.

Volunteer Opportunities
If you are looking to get involved by volunteering to be a youth sports coach, official, or league assistant, the Athletic Division has a number of opportunities available and appreciates the help!
** All volunteers must submit and pass a background check**
