Customer Billing Service (CBS) representatives are available to answer questions about bills and assist customers with problems pertaining to utility services (water, sewer, and irrigation), assessments, Contribution in Aid of Construction fees, lot mowing, stormwater, capital expansion fees, hardship, and grant assistance programs.
