The Office of Communications and Marketing is the heartbeat of Cape Coral’s connection with its community. We ensure clear and effective communication between city administration and residents, covering all city departments except Police and Fire.

Led by the Communications Manager, our office drives community engagement through initiatives like the quarterly "On The Move" newsletter and the biennial Citizen Survey. We manage CapeTV, broadcasting live City Council meetings, and work with 1Pro Media to create award-winning public service announcements and videos.

Our team harnesses social media to keep residents informed and engaged, and we keep the city’s website up-to-date with the latest information.

Additionally, we oversee the 311 Call Center, handling thousands of calls and emails monthly, providing vital support to our citizens.

In essence, we’re the bridge between the City of Cape Coral and its people, fostering transparency, engagement, and community involvement.
