CRA Redevelopment Plan

When a CRA is created, the state requires the agency to formulate a redevelopment plan.  The plan outlines what the CRA will do to alleviate or prevent slum and blight.  There are two sets of guidelines for CRA operations:  1) Florida Statutes governing CRAs; and 2) the CRA redevelopment plan.  The CRA submits the redevelopment plan to the city council for approval.
