Planning Division Applications and Documents

All Planning Division applications and documents have been updated to reflect the new Land Development Code and are available in PDF format. However, we are still working on all applications and documents to ensure ADA Compliance and fillable PDF forms. 

Applicants are encouraged to submit online using the CSS online portal.

**NOTICE ** 
As of 1/26/2026 – the Lot Split and Combine application is now available online using the CSS online portal.  

All planning applications should be emailed to jbalsley@capecoral.gov or sbaker@capecoral.gov, and hard copies should be sent via US Mail.  Once received, the application will be reviewed for completeness and invoiced.  Please be advised that all Vacation of Plat applications require a meeting with Planning Staff before submission.
