Adult Sports
The Cape Coral Athletic Division offers flag football and softball programs for various ages and skill levels. If you are interested in playing in one of the leagues below but do not have a team of your own, please send an email to
athletics@capecoral.gov and we will do our best to assist you in finding a team to join.
The City of Cape Coral Adult sports programs accommodate team registrations only for each sports season. There are no individual sign ups. Individuals without a team who are looking to play are recommended to visit the respective park on game night and introduce themselves to teams and coaches/managers. Teams in our adult leagues are allowed to adjust their rosters after the start of the season. Please see below for leagues, locations, rules, and other information.

Men's 7-on-7 Flag Football
