Project Area:
Jacaranda Parkway East and Averill Boulevard

Project Scope:
Design of several buildings on this site which includes a fire station, an adjoined community
center/auxiliary Emergency Operations Center (EOC) and a building with reserve apparatus bays and a maintenance shop.

Timeline:
Final design was completed in July 2025 and the bid package has been completed. Project is currently on hold while investigating the possibility of grant eligibility.
