Jacaranda Parkway East and Averill Boulevard

Project Scope:
Design of several buildings on this site which includes a fire station, an adjoined community
center/auxiliary Emergency Operations Center (EOC) and a building with reserve apparatus bays and a maintenance shop.

Timeline:
Final design was completed in July 2025 and the bid package has been completed. The site development permit has been submitted, and the project is set to advertise in Fall 2026.
