Cape Coral Mini-Bus

The Cape Coral Mini-Bus program has been providing high-quality door-to-door transport service for transportation disadvantaged Cape Coral residents since 1987.  All drivers carry commercial licenses and are certified in CPR. The program is designed for seniors and disabled persons who cannot drive or utilize public transportation and do not live with relatives who can drive. Transportation services must be scheduled a minimum of 72 hours in advance* and are geared for medical appointments and weekly shopping excursions within Cape Coral. The Mini-Bus fleet includes vehicles that are equipped to transport wheelchair clients.

* Note: Rides are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis, and space is limited, so there is not always availability 72 hours in advance. Please schedule rides well in advance to get your preferred day/time.

Cost:

A fee of $12 per round trip is charged for transportation services. Cape Coral Mini-Bus punch cards are sold in amounts of either 5 or 10 round trip rides and can be purchased at the Mini-Bus Administrative Office, which is in Lake Kennedy Center, or they can be purchased by phone at (239) 574-0573 using a credit card and mailed to your home. Cash, checks, and credit cards are accepted for your convenience when purchasing punch cards in person.  Fee assistance is available for qualifying clients.
