The Cove at 47th is a $103 million luxury mixed-use community located in the heart of Cape Coral's South Cape entertainment district. First Public Parking Garage

On October 3, 2025, Cape Coral celebrated the ribbon-cutting of its first public parking garage, a two-story, 125-space facility delivered through a partnership between the South Cape Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) and Flaherty & Collins Properties. Parking is available to the public with one free hour, followed by $2 for the second hour and $1 for each additional hour (up to $20 daily maximum); special event parking is $15.

  • Seed & Bean Market — Florida's first cannabis café and CBD marketplace, now open at its largest-ever location: 2,800 sq. ft. with 128 indoor seats and up to 70 outdoor patio seats. Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner — the only full-day dining tenant at The Cove — along with craft CBD drinks, cannabis-infused menu items, and a grab-and-go counter.
  • Big Nick's BBQ — Now open. This fast-casual BBQ favorite serves smoked meats, tacos, and salads with beer and wine, open Monday–Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. (or sold out).
  • Aqua Seafood, Steaks & Raw Bar — Now open. A premier fine-dining concept founded 15 years ago in Naples, Aqua brings an elevated culinary experience to Cape Coral with a 554-seat layout, a $3 million buildout, Cape Coral's only rooftop Sky Bar, a 50-seat bar, private dining room, live entertainment, and a curated wine program. Lunch is served from 11:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with happy hour daily from 4:00–7:00 p.m. and dinner service nightly.
