January 13th, Golden Years, Golden Mindset: An empowering workshop that explores how mental health impacts aging, offering tools to stay emotionally strong and connected in later life.
January 27th, Navigating Alzheimer's: We will explore the progressive journey of Alzheimer’s disease and provide essential strategies for each stage and how to manage. This presentation will equip caregivers and family members with the knowledge and tools needed to offer compassionate and effective care. Learn how to create supportive environments, maintain brain healthy living, reduce caregiver burnout, and enhance the quality of life for those affected by Alzheimer’s.

The South Cape Community Center has diverse social, recreational, and educational opportunities. This includes events in the event room and a variety of classes and programs, including:

Saturday, 7:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
$5 per hour
$40 for a 10-hour punch card
$80 for a 20-hour punch card
