  • Vendors may register for a maximum of 2 tables/spaces per month. Vendors may not share tables or rent extra space to other vendors.
  • Food Truck vendors need to have all required vehicle inspections up to date before date of event.
  • Four Freedoms Park will schedule a Fire inspection to make sure all of your equipment is up to date.
  • Four Freedoms Park staff reserves the right to deny and/or prohibit any items deemed inappropriate from being sold. Used items are prohibited.
  • Vendors interested in selling baked goods and/or food products must adhere to all Cottage Food Laws and fill out a separate application.
  • Vendors should bring lights for their tents as there might be enough light at the end of the events. Vendor spaces must be paid for in advance. No registrations will be taken on event day.
  • Vendor check-in/ set-up begins no sooner than 1pm on event day. All vendors must sign in to get table location, prior to set up. All vendors must be set-up by start of event and shall remain until the end of the event.
  • Vendor spaces are assigned on a first come—first served basis, based on date of registration. Every effort will be made to accommodate requests; however it is not always possible to do so. Please be prepared to set-up at any location in the park.
  • Vendor tables with access to electric are responsible for providing their own extension cords and mats to cover cords (indoor vendors only).
  • Cancellation Policy: If you cannot attend, please contact the Four Freedoms Park by 10:00am on the day of the event. If the event is not sold out, you will receive a credit for a future event. Credits / Refunds will not be issued for no-shows.
  • Rain Policy– It will be up to Four Freedoms staff to cancel the event due to poor weather conditions. If the decision is made to cancel the event , it will be made by 12pm and all vendors will be notified by email. If the Sunset is cancelled, all vendors will receive a credit or refund. If the Festival is not cancelled and you do not want to participate because of the weather, no credit or refunds will be issued. We suggest that all vendors bring a plastic tarp or large plastic covering that you can lay on top of your table, should an unexpected storm come in.  Florida weather can change very quickly, please be prepared.
