City of Cape Coral Opens Solicitation for Jaycee Park Concessionaire

The City of Cape Coral has opened a solicitation for a concessionaire to provide food and beverage services at Jaycee Park, one of the City's premier waterfront parks.

Qualified firms and operators are invited to submit proposals to operate the concession opportunity at Jaycee Park, located at 4125 S.E. 20th Place. The solicitation is intended to identify an experienced operator that can provide a high-quality food and beverage experience for park visitors while complementing the park's waterfront setting, amenities, events, and community programming.

Jaycee Park reopened in 2026 following extensive renovations that added and enhanced amenities, including a boardwalk overlook, inclusive playground, splash pad, bandshell, sand volleyball courts, covered picnic areas, restrooms, and other recreational features.

Proposals must be submitted by November 5, 2026, at 2 p.m. (ET). Late submissions will not be accepted.
