City of Cape Coral to Host  Workforce & Education Business & Industry Roundtable

The City of Cape Coral will host a Business & Industry Roundtable for Workforce & Education Friday, April 17, at City Hall.

City officials will meet with employers, educators, and workforce partners to highlight opportunities to strengthen Cape Coral’s position as a regional leader in workforce development, education partnerships, and talent retention. Attendees will have the chance to connect informally with community and industry leaders over coffee and light refreshments.

This roundtable is part of the City's ongoing Business & Industry Roundtable Series, designed to foster open dialogue between the City and local industries. Attendees will have the opportunity to share insights, voice concerns, and explore ways the City can better support the workforce and education community.

The goals of the roundtable include:

  • Building stronger connections between industry, education, and workforce development partners.
  • Exploring current job trends, training pathways, and emerging skills across key industries to strengthen workforce readiness and career development.
  • Identifying programs and initiatives that support talent retention, business expansion, and long-term economic growth.
