The City of Cape Coral encourages residents to save paper by signing up for electronic utility bills.
Residents can set up electronic billing, schedule automatic bank draft or credit card payments, and make one-time online payments through the Resident Access Portal.
Set up electronic billing in five simple steps:
- Once in the Resident Access Portal, sign in with the button at the top right corner.
- Once signed in, under "Available Services" select "Utility Billing."
- In the navigation bar on the left, select "Contact Preferences" and under "Billing" select "Enroll in Paperless."
- Finally, select "Update" at the bottom to confirm your choices.
Customers can also set up alerts regarding water usage to stay informed on how much water they're using throughout the billing cycle.
