City Earns 2025 Business Facilities Impact Award for Work with Bones Coffee Company

The City of Cape Coral proudly announces that its Office of Economic and Business Development has earned a 2025 Business Facilities Impact Award in the beverage manufacturing/distribution category for its successful partnership with Bones Coffee Company.
This national recognition highlights the city’s commitment to business retention and expansion, showcasing efforts to support and incentivize the continued growth of one of Southwest Florida’s most beloved coffee brands.
Bones Coffee Company is consolidating its national headquarters, manufacturing, distribution and administrative operations at 2621 SW Pine Island Road. The project represents a total capital investment of $27.3 million, up from $25.8 million, supported by an increased city incentive package of $2.73 million. The expansion will deliver 130 total jobs, offering wages 40% higher than the city average.
