South Cape to Gain 300+ New Public Parking Spaces in 2025

The City of Cape Coral Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is pleased to announce significant additions to public parking in the South Cape area. These new parking lots will support local businesses, improve visitor convenience, and accommodate the community's growing needs.
The following parking lots will bring more than 300 new parking spaces to the South Cape:
- Anticipated Summer 2025:
- The Cove at 47th Parking Garage: 125 public parking spaces
- Anticipated Fall 2025
- Parking along Vincennes Street: 5 new parking spaces
- 4642 Vincennes Boulevard: 23 new parking spaces
- 4813 Vincennes Street: 36 new parking spaces
- Bimini Square Parking Garage: 125 public parking spaces
These parking improvements reflect the CRA’s ongoing commitment to improving infrastructure and supporting economic growth in Cape Coral’s vibrant downtown district. The additional parking will make it easier for residents and visitors to access local shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues.
