City of Cape Coral to Host Residential Real Estate Business & Industry Roundtable January 9

The City of Cape Coral will host a Business & Industry Roundtable for Residential Real Estate Friday, January 9, at City Hall. City officials will be on hand to answer questions about the Residential Rental Registration Program, effective January 1, as well as to engage in broader discussion with attendees over coffee and light refreshments.  

This roundtable is part of the City’s ongoing Business & Industry Roundtable Series and is designed to foster open dialogue with local businesses and industries. Attendees will have the opportunity to share insights, voice concerns, ask questions about the Rental Registration Program, and explore ways the City can better support the industry.

The goals of the roundtable include:

  • Allow industry leaders to connect and discuss challenges specific to Cape Coral.
  • Exploring economic trends and opportunities within the local Residential Real Estate industry.
  • Identifying future programs and initiatives to support business retention and growth.
