Parks & Recreation Unveils ADA Fitness Equipment at Lake Kennedy Community Park

The City of Cape Coral's Parks & Recreation Department, in collaboration with the Golisano Foundation, Incredible Bank, and Guardian Angels for Special Populations, will unveil newly installed ADA Fitness Equipment Friday, November 14, at 9:30 a.m. at Lake Kennedy Community Park, 400 Santa Barbara Blvd.
The new ADA-accessible fitness equipment expands opportunities for individuals of all abilities to enjoy outdoor exercise, encouraging inclusion, wellness, and community connection. This project complements the mission of the Frieda B. Smith Center for Special Populations, which serves residents with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
