City of Cape Coral to Host Restaurant Industry Roundtable November 21

November 5, 2025

The City of Cape Coral will host a Restaurant Industry Roundtable designed to bring together key voices in our food service community on Friday, November 21, at City Hall. Coffee and light refreshments will be served.

This roundtable is part of the City’s ongoing Business and Industry Roundtable Series and is designed to foster open dialogue with the restaurant, hospitality, and food-related sectors. In addition to restaurant owners and operators, the event will welcome participants from supporting industries, including food suppliers, beverage distributors, culinary education and training programs, local farms, event and tourism partners, and other businesses that contribute to Cape Coral’s growing culinary and hospitality ecosystem.

The discussion will explore how these industries collectively advance the City’s Strategic Plan goals related to culinary tourism and economic diversification, promoting Cape Coral as a premier destination for dining, food experiences, and local cuisine.

The goals of the roundtable include:

  • Allowing industry leaders to connect and discuss challenges specific to Cape Coral.
  • Exploring economic trends and opportunities within the local restaurant and hospitality sectors.
  • Identifying future programs and initiatives to support business retention, growth, and culinary tourism development.

To attend, please register by contacting Andreana Petersen in the Economic and Business Development Office at apetersen@capecoral.gov. Please be sure to RSVP no later than Monday, November 17.
