New Deadlines for CRA Event Sponsorship

The Community Redevelopment Agency's (CRA) Special Event Sponsorship application deadlines have changed.
For events held between October 2023 to March 2024, application packets must be received by July 31, 2023. For events held between April 2024 to September 2024, application packets must be received by January 31, 2024.
The CRA sets aside $90,000 annually to help fund events held in the South Cape CRA district that will promote economic development and benefit the businesses and residents of Cape Coral’s redevelopment area.
The CRA provides up to $5,000 of support per event for eligible services or equipment, such as a performance stage, public safety services, and traffic barriers and signage. To view eligibility requirements and learn how to apply, click here.
