Groundbreaking for Cape Coral Police Training Facility

The City of Cape Coral invites the public to a groundbreaking ceremony for Cape Coral Police Department's Police Training Facility, Friday, August 18, at 9 a.m.

The ceremony will be at 1020 Kismet Parkway West, and no reservation is required to attend.

In June, Cape Coral City Council approved construction of the nearly $15 million training facility. The facility is anticipated to be completed in summer 2024.

The Police Training Facility is designed to include an interior gun range, classrooms, simulation training rooms, offices, and a workshop.
