City Hosting Inaugural Flag Day Celebration June 14

The City of Cape Coral is hosting its Inaugural Flag Day celebration on June 14, 2023, at 1 p.m. in the Club Square parking lot, 4634 SE 10th Place.
The community is invited to attend a short ceremony as City leaders pay homage to our country's flag.
On June 14, 1777, the Continental Congress approved the design of America's national flag. Over 100 years later, in 1916, President Woodrow Wilson marked the anniversary of that decree by officially establishing June 14 as Flag Day.
