City Distributing Free Tarps at Local Distribution Sites

As rain enters our local forecast, we expect our residents’ need for tarps will increase.
The City is distributing free tarps through local distribution sites at:
- Cape Christian, 2110 Chiquita Boulevard S
- Ocean Church, 2016 Kismet Parkway E
- Leonard Street POD, 4820 Leonard Street (This site closes at the end of 10/9.)
- Visit capecoral.gov or call the City Call Center at 3-1-1 for more information.
Residents can also utilize Operation Blue Roof. The Army Corps of Engineers provides free fiber-reinforced sheeting to residents with damaged roofs. Sign up at blueroof.us or call 888-766-3258.
Please note: Tile, slate, and flat roofs are not eligible for this program.
