Results of September 12th, 2022 DUI Enforcement Operation

(September 13, 2022) - The Cape Coral Police Department conducted a grant-funded DUI enforcement operation on September 12th, 2022, targeting impaired driving. Funding was provided by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). This operation was conducted citywide and resulted in thirty-three citations (seventeen for violating a traffic control or signal device). No drivers stopped were found without a seatbelt, and we thank the motoring public for always wearing their seatbelts.
