City Encourages Residents to Attend FDOT's Pine Island Road Shared Use Study Workshop

The City of Cape Coral encourages residents to attend the Florida Department of Transportation's (FDOT) Public Workshop for the Pine Island Road Shared Use Path Feasibility Study. 

Attendees can choose to attend the in-person or virtual event. The same materials will be available at both events.

In-person: Tuesday, May 7
Drop by anytime between 5-7 p.m.

Attendees will be able to review and comment on project information. The project team will be available for discussion.

Virtual: Thursday, May 9
6-7 p.m.

Viewers can review the project information shown at the in-person workshop. There will also be a live question-and-answer component with the project team.  

This study will evaluate the feasibility of connecting the existing shared-use path network and connecting Pine Island, Matlacha, and Cape Coral. The workshop will showcase preliminary concepts and allow the public to express their views about the project.
