The Cape Coral Yacht Basin, managed by the Marine Services Division and located on the grounds of the Yacht Club Community Park, features 89 boat slips, which are utilized to dock vessels up to 55 feet in length. Daily, monthly and annual rentals are available on a first come, first serve basis. Individuals who rent slips in the marina have access to several boating amenities located onsite, as well as other amenities within the Yacht Club Community Park that are conveniently located within walking distance.

The Cape Coral Yacht Basin is located on the Inter Coastal Waterway, and can be accessed via boat by turning North at marker 78A, following the marked channel into Flamingo Canal and continuing past Ford's Boat House Fuel Dock and into the marina. Staff monitors VHF channel 16.

Boat Slip Rental Rates*

Annual Rate	$ 10.00 per foot for Cape Coral residents or $13.00 per foot for Non-Residents + $45-$55 Utilities per month**
Daily Rate:	$ 2.00 per foot + $ 4.00 Utilities per day
Monthly Rate:	$13.00 per foot + $45-$55 Utilities per month**

* 6.2% sales tax will be added to all rates.
** $45-$55 monthly utility fee includes water, electricity, and use of air conditioning

The Cape Coral Yacht Club/Marina Go Bond Project is scheduled to tentatively begin on March 31, 2022. Marina contracts will renew for a period of six months from October 1 -March 31, 2022. If there is any change to the start date or construction is delayed marina patrons will be notified. A month-to-month option for rental slips may be put in place and Yacht Club Marina boat owners will be notified. It is highly recommended that other mooring arrangements be made before March 31, 2022, as this is the date that the Yacht Club Marina will need to be empty. If the project is running behind schedule marina patrons will be notified.

It is projected that the construction of the Yacht Club/Marina project will take 1-1 /2 to 2 years to complete. Current marina patrons will have priority for boat slips once the project is completed. The onsite Yacht Club office will be closed during construction. An alternate office location will be announced closer to the time of closure with pertinent details.
