Planning Goals
These neighborhoods are to be connected to livable, economically-feasible development blueprints for neighborhoods connected to activity centers through active/passive recreation and multi-use opportunities. To the systems-rich regional context alternative, Seven Island development plans will be designed in anticipation of infrastructure, market, and environmental conditions. The vision rests on a high-quality, economic and compatible project that advances public water access, neighborhood opportunities, city aspirations, and return on investment.
