Requests for Public Comment
US Department of Housing and Urban Development Regulations and the City of Cape Coral Citizen's Participation Plan require that certain documents be open for public comment for a specified period (generally, 30 days). The following section contains documents that are currently open for public comment. These documents are prepared in English however, due to the City's large Hispanic population people may request program documents in Spanish. Please be advised there may be a delay while translation services are performed.
