Stormwater
The Stormwater Division is responsible for maintaining and improving the City’s stormwater infrastructure to reduce flooding, protect water quality, and ensure the safe conveyance of stormwater throughout Cape Coral. This includes the maintenance of swales, drainage pipes, catch basins, canals, and related stormwater facilities within the public right-of-way. Residents who experience flooding, drainage concerns, or notice damaged stormwater infrastructure are encouraged to contact the City’s 311 Call Center to request service or report an issue.
