All residential and commercial utility customers are eligible to enroll.

How do I enroll in Direct Pay?

Visit the City’s online billing system at:
capecoral.gov/UtilityPayments

You will need your Customer ID, Account Number, and the primary phone number associated with your account.

How does Direct Pay work?

You will need your Customer ID, Account Number, and the primary phone number associated with your account. 

When will the payment be withdrawn from my account?

Payments are typically deducted approximately 20 days after the bill date listed on your statement.

Can I cancel Direct Pay at any time?

Yes. You may cancel your enrollment at any time. Cancellation will take effect after your current bill is processed by your financial institution.

What if there are insufficient funds in my account?

Returned payments due to insufficient funds are subject to a fee.
