Located on the grounds of Lake Kennedy Community Park at the entrance to Sun Splash Family Waterpark, Lake Kennedy Center has been offering a wide variety of social, recreational, and educational opportunities since 1990. The center has an emphasis on planning and facilitating activities for active adults age 50+ and also hosts programs throughout the year for families and children.
In addition to offering an abundance of activities, Lake Kennedy Center is home to the administrative office of the Cape Coral Mini-Bus Service, which provides transport services for transportation disadvantaged Cape Coral residents, and the Friendship Center Dining Program.

Lake Kennedy Center has a diverse selection of social, recreational, and educational opportunities. This includes events in the ballroom, day trips, and a variety of classes and programs, including:

GAMES PASS
As of October 1, 2020, the age-based membership program at Lake Kennedy Center and the Tony Rotino Center has been discontinued; however, Parks & Recreation is pleased to present the "Games Pass!"
A Games Pass includes card games, board games, mahjong, billiards, pool, dominos, and more at Lake Kennedy Center and the Tony Rotino Center during regular business hours.
Games Pass Cost:
- Annual Pass: $30
- Snowbird (6-month) Pass: $20
Games Passes are valid from the date of purchase and are available at the front desk of Lake Kennedy Center and the Tony Rotino Center during regular business hours.
FRIENDSHIP CENTER DINING PROGRAM (at Lake Kennedy Center)
Monday-Friday, 9:00am-1:00pm
Nutritious, healthy meals keep one's mind and body at peak performance. Lake Kennedy Center can help you maintain good health by offering meals through the Friendship Dining program.
This program is open to anyone over 60 years old looking for a healthy and nutritious hot meal in a clean, safe and friendly environment. A donation of $3 per meal is suggested to help cover the cost of the meals. However, anyone is welcome to a hearty meal regardless of their ability to pay. All contributions help to provide meals for older adults in the communities we serve.

FACILITY RENTALS
The Lake Kennedy Center has three (3) rooms that can be rented for meetings and special occasions (i.e., weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, seminars, fundraisers, etc.). The Ballroom features a welcoming reception area, soaring ceilings, and a stage and can accommodate up to 150 seated people. Round tables, chairs, and banquet tables are all included in the rental cost. The Terrace and Veranda are smaller in size and perfect for meetings and seminars.
