The Cape Coral Athletic Division provides opportunities for people of all ages to participate in and enjoy a wide variety of sports while maintaining safe and organized playing environments. There are currently 53 athletic fields located within the City's 11 athletic complexes that the division is responsible for scheduling and overseeing. These facilities accommodate weekly leagues as well as regional and national tournaments.
While many of the Youth Sports and Adults Sports programs offered are arranged and facilitated directly by the Athletic Division, there are also several organizations throughout the community that operate their own leagues and utilize Cape Coral's athletic parks for their games/matches. Youth Soccer, Girls Softball, Pop Warner Jr. Football and Cheerleading, and BMX Motocross are all operated by organizations outside of the City. Please go to Community Sports Organizations page to view applicable ages and contact information.
Ballfield reservations must be made a minimum of 7 days prior to the start date and can either be made by phone at (239) 573-3128 or by sending an email to email@example.com. Tournament applications should be submitted at least 60 days prior to the tournament date to firstname.lastname@example.org.
