Note: All planning cases can now be submitted online using the CSS online portal. Please contact the Planning Division with any questions at 239-574-0553.
All planning applications should be emailed to vsberna@capecoral.gov or sbaker@capecoral.gov, and hard copies should be sent via US Mail. Once received, the application will be reviewed for completeness and invoiced. Please be advised that all Vacation of Plat applications require a meeting with Planning Staff before submission.
