North 3 UEP (Design)

The proposed project work area is approximately 3 square miles with approximately 1,900 improved parcels and approximately 3,200 unimproved parcels. The project area is located in the northwest quadrant of the City of Cape Coral and is generally bounded on the east by Burnt Store Road, on the south by the Bonefish Canal, in the west by the spreader waterway and on the North by Kismet Parkway.

The City has initiated the process of hiring an engineering firm to start the design and permitting.
