Free Swim Lessons for Ages 3-5 Offered at Yacht Club Pool
The Cape Coral Parks & Recreation Department has partnered with the Kiwanis Club of Cape Coral and Lee Health to provide free swim lessons at the Yacht Club Community Pool (5819 Driftwood Parkway) this summer to underserved children. The free lessons are available for children ages 3-5, and the lessons will be held 9:30-10:00 a.m., Monday through Thursday, from July 11-21. Each child that participates will receive eight, 30-minute swim lessons. In addition to the lessons, each participant’s parents will receive complimentary CPR training.
To check on eligibility for this grant program, parents must complete an application, which includes self-certification of income limits.

Completed applications may be returned to the pool or emailed to efield@capecoral.gov and will be reviewed within one week of receipt and approved based on household size and total annual household income. For more information, call 239-242-3816.
