Nicholas Pkwy. Overnight Closures Extend to Country Club Blvd. May 15

Beginning at 8 p.m., Monday, May 15, there will be overnight lane closures on Nicholas Parkway East from Santa Barbara Boulevard to Country Club Boulevard.

Portions of Cultural Park, Academy, and Country Club Boulevards will be affected and detours will be in place. Roads will reopen by 5 a.m. each morning. Roadwork is anticipated to be completed May 24 or until milling and paving on the roadway and side street intersections are completed. 

Drivers, bicyclists, and pedestrians should use caution while traveling through the area. Residents may need to access their property from a different direction. Residents and businesses should expect lights and noise from trucks and OSHA-mandated back-up beepers.
