City Hall Licensing Counter to Resume Friday Service 

Beginning Friday, April 7, the Development Services Department licensing counter at City Hall will re-open on Fridays. 

The licensing counter will hold regular business hours Monday - Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The last scheduled appointment each day is at 3:45 p.m.

The EnerGov Customer Self-Service (CSS) portal will remain open for all electronic licensing activities and permit applications.
