Everest Parkway Scheduled Water Main Shutdown on 1/30

January 24, 2023

Please be advised that a scheduled potable water main shutdown will occur in the area of Everest Parkway from Del Prado to SE 26th Place on Monday, January 30, at 9 a.m. and is expected to be turned back on Monday evening.

This shutdown will affect a large number of residents. Below is a map of the affected area.

Crews will be installing two new fire hydrant assemblies as part of the Reclaimed Water Transmission Main along Everest Parkway and installing a new inline valve in order to prevent having to shut down the Everest complex during future shutdowns.

Affected residents have been notified via phone, text, and email.

Following the restoration of access to drinking water, we advise users to boil water for one minute or use bottled water as a precaution until the advisory has been lifted. This notification applies to water used for drinking, cooking, making ice, washing dishes, and brushing teeth.
