Sands Park Names Announced for Citizen Recommendation

The Cape Coral Parks and Recreation Advisory Board has released the top three name choices for the new Sands Park location.

• Recommendation #1: “Sands Park”
• Recommendation #2: “Southern Sands Park”
• Recommendation #3: “Sands End”

Citizen comments and recommendations must be submitted in writing to the Department Director and be postmarked within the 30-day public notice period to the following address:

City of Cape Coral, City Hall, 1015 Cultural Park Boulevard, Cape Coral, FL  33990 Attn:  Interim Parks and Recreation Director Connie Barron.
