Horton Park Open During Pipeline Construction

Construction of the reclaimed water pipeline on Everest Parkway continues, reaching the Horton Park entrance on Wednesday, April 15, 2022.
Access to the park remains open for vehicle and pedestrian traffic as the pipeline is installed across the Park Entrance at Everest Parkway and SE 28th Street.
The contractor will close one lane of the Horton Park entrance at a time. A flagman will direct traffic in and out of the open entrance.
The construction should be complete by the afternoon of Friday, April 15, 2022.
