R/Seahawks Club Hosting 20th Annual Gathering of the Giants

The City of Cape Coral is partnering with the Cape Coral R/Seahawks Club to host the 2022 Gathering of the Giants.
The event will be held at 1030 NW 28th Street on Friday, March 18, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturday, March 19, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The 20th Annual Gathering of the Giants will feature remote control aircraft of all sizes – from gliders to gas-powered jets. Residents will be able to walk the flight line and talk with pilots about their aircraft and how they work.
A special flight demonstration and candy drop will take place at noon on both days. Food will be available for purchase, and a $5 parking donation is appreciated.
Stadium seating will be provided, but residents are also encouraged to bring lawn chairs.
The Cape Coral R/Seahawks Club has over 300 members and is the third largest R/C Club in the Country. They host this event each year to encourage aspiring pilots and to give back to the community.
