City Payment Services Closing Early for Software Upgrade on September 14

Due to scheduled system maintenance, the City of Cape Coral will not be processing payments after 2 p.m. on Friday, September 14. 

Services that will be interrupted during the payment software upgrade include:

Cashier’s Office
Utility Billing Services
Permits
Business Tax Licensing
Passports/Passport Photos
Pet Licenses
Records
Police Department Payment Services

Residents who want to make a water bill payment after 2 p.m. on Friday can utilize eBill services from BillTrust, use online banking services, pay by mail, or use the drop box located at City Hall. For more information about the available options, please visit www.capecoral.gov and select “Pay” then “Water Bill” under the “I Want To” menu at the top of the homepage. Payments by phone and online payments will not be available.

The Parks and Recreation Department will not be affected by the upgrade. Normal business operations will resume on Monday, September 17.
