Those Cape Coral residents who meet the below requirements should submit a complete application and all required documents to the Zoning Counter at Cape Coral City Hall (1015 Cultural Park Blvd. Cape Coral, FL 33990). The Zoning Counter is open Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and closed daily from 12:00-1:00 p.m. Please make copies of all required documents BEFORE going to the Zoning Counter.

Home must be the primary residence, as evidenced by Homestead Exemption.
LEEPA Value of the home CAN NOT exceed $403,616.
Payments must be made to licensed contractors and WILL NOT be paid to the homeowner.
Bank Statements and Income Information is required for all household members over the age of 18.
