Those Cape Coral residents who meet the below requirements should submit a complete application and all required documents to the Zoning Counter at Cape Coral City Hall (1015 Cultural Park Blvd.  Cape Coral, FL 33990). The Zoning Counter is open Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and closed daily from 12:00-1:00 p.m.  Please make copies of all required documents BEFORE going to the Zoning Counter.

  • Home must be the primary residence, as evidenced by Homestead Exemption.
  • LEEPA Value of the home CAN NOT exceed $403,616.
  • Payments must be made to licensed contractors and WILL NOT be paid to the homeowner.
  • Bank Statements and Income Information is required for all household members over the age of 18.
