Effective immediately:  Patients testing at a Curative site in Florida are required to show their ID and proof of insurance. ID and proof of insurance will be required for testing, scheduling an online appointment and when completing an on-site registration. Curative will administer the test at no out-of-pocket cost upon proof of insurance.

1. The City of Cape Coral partnered with Curative to offer COVID-19 testing in the city. Test results are available in about 2-3 days. Testing appointments can be made by visiting All tests are shallow nasal swabs (swab inserted about a half-inch into the nostril). See how shallow nasal swab samples are collected here. Your appointment confirmation number and a government-issued ID is required for all appointments. 

Location: 1020 Cultural Park Boulevard (next to the Police Department building and across from City Hall).

  • To pay a water bill, there are online payment options HERE, pay-by-phone or place your payment in the drop box located outside the main entrance of City Hall (1015 Cultural Park Boulevard).
