Bimini Square is a $100 million mixed-use waterfront development located just west of Four Freedoms Park. Developed on approximately six acres, the project integrates residential living, healthcare services, waterfront dining, retail, marina access, and structured parking, supporting the continued revitalization of downtown Cape Coral.

Project Components:

  • 218 luxury residential apartment units
  • Two-story Lee Health outpatient medical facility
  • Waterfront restaurant and retail space, including Bimini Basin Seafood & Cocktails and House of Omelets, with additional tenants opening on a phased basis
  • 25-slip marina dock on the Bimini Basin
  • Multi-level parking garage and supporting infrastructure

Residential units, parking garage, and medical offices are complete and operational. Restaurant and retail spaces are opening in phases as tenant build-outs, permitting, and inspections are finalized. Overall project completion is anticipated in early 2026.

Bimini Square enhances downtown Cape Coral by increasing residential density, expanding access to healthcare, activating the waterfront, and supporting local employment and commercial activity.
