Surface Water Management

The Public Works Surface Water Division is not only vital in providing elevations and information in regards to new construction but also permits and provides guidance for driveway and sod replacement or additions.  If you have a problem with drainage, function with driveway design, or curb appeal with your existing driveway or sod, we will be more than happy to work with you in an attempt to help resolve your problem.  Curb appeal is beneficial in the possible sale of your home or after the purchase of your new home, as it provides a lasting first impression.

As the Engineering Standards and Code of Ordinance can be complicated, we can assist with your specific needs within the scope of these guidelines.  Below are common problems and solutions to these problems, if you would like more information as to how you can upgrade and improve the appearance and functionalityof your property and driveway, please contact Surface Water Management at (239) 574-0414.
