To become registered, vendors are required to complete a Vendor Registration Form, which provides basic company information and indicates which products and/or services can be supplied.What is the purpose of the vendor registration process?
The City’s Procurement Ordinance requires vendors doing business with the City of Cape Coral to become registered with the Procurement Division. This helps to ensure that the City is doing business with reputable businesses and provides sources for goods or services.How long does the registration process take?
The registration process can take as little as two business days.

Vendor Self Service-
- To assist with registration, review the Guide provided
- Attach signed W-9 (Required)
- Commodity Codes (Required)
- License and Insurance Certificate can be uploaded and is required for services provided to the City.
- Complete an Electronic Funds Transfer Form
