Transition to New Utility Billing 
Coming Soon
The City of Cape Coral announces the upcoming launch of its new online billing and payment solution. The software will improve efficiency, accessibility, and responsiveness to better meet the needs of Cape Coral’s utility customers. As a result, customers will notice new billing statements beginning in February.   
The billing conversion will take place from January 25-February 1, during which time customers will have access to limited services. After the launch, all e-bill customers will be required to enroll in the new system.
What to Expect During the Transition: 
  • After January 25: Customers enrolled in the City’s e-bill service will no longer receive an e-bill from the current system.
  • January 25 - February 1: Utility payments will not be accepted on the City's website; However, payments can be made at City Hall.
  • E-bill customers set up for auto pay: Your last automatic debit will occur for payment of the January 2022 statement.
  • Once the new system is active: Registration instructions and a link to sign up will be posted on the City website and e-mailed to current e-bill customers.
  • New high-tech features will make paying bills a breeze, and traditional payment options will still be available.
There is nothing you need to do at this time – simply be aware change is coming and stay tuned for details on how to register with the new system.
